Upload your drawing as PDF, DWG, STEP or STL with your request, and our technical team will review it: we recommend the most suitable material and grade, make a pattern sized to allow for metal shrinkage, and cast the part to the drawing — with machining to final dimensions on request.
Have a sample but no drawing?
Many old spare parts never had drawings. Send the sample itself, or clear photos with dimensions, and we make the pattern directly from it, then cast your part in the same shape and a material suited to its operating conditions.
Imported part unavailable?
Instead of waiting on a slow or discontinued supply, we make a local replacement from the part's sample or drawing: the same function and dimensions, in a matching or better-suited material for your actual operating conditions, with a pattern kept on file for reordering any time.
