From Drawing to Delivery
Receive Drawing or Sample
We receive the engineering drawing, physical sample, or customer model and study it carefully
Pattern Making
We manufacture the appropriate pattern (wood or metal) based on the engineering drawing
Sand Mold Preparation
Preparing the sand mold with high precision to ensure the final casting shape
Metal Melting
Melting the metal in furnaces at the appropriate temperature according to the alloy type
Metal Pouring
Carefully pouring the molten metal into the mold to ensure complete and uniform filling
Casting Extraction
After cooling, the sand mold is broken and the casting is extracted
