We cast and manufacture: ductile iron in its grades (GGG40 to GGG70), grey iron, wear-resistant chrome iron, carbon steel (37 to 70), manganese (Hadfield) steel, chrome steel, stainless steel (the cast equivalent of grades 304, 316 and 310), copper and its alloys (bronze and brass), and aluminium and its alloys.
We are a full-service casting factory that combines the specialisms of several foundries in one place: an iron foundry (ductile, grey and chrome), an iron and steel foundry in its grades, a manganese steel foundry, a stainless foundry, a copper foundry, and an aluminium foundry — with pattern making, machining and heat treatment inside the same factory in Abu Zaabal, Qalyubia.
Both. We accept the engineering drawing in PDF, DWG, STEP or STL formats, or photos and video of the part, up to 20 MB per file through the quote request form on the site. And if you have an actual sample, the pattern can be made directly from it.
From the “Request a quote” page on the site: you enter your details and a description of the part and attach the drawing or photos, you receive a tracking number instantly, then our technical team reviews the request and contacts you with the offer.
There is no fixed minimum that applies to all parts; the suitable quantity depends on the part’s size, its material and the pattern tooling cost, and it is clearly determined in the quote after the technical review of your request.
It varies according to the part’s complexity, whether a new pattern is needed, and the required quantity. The estimated time is stated explicitly in your quote.
The factory is in the Industrial Zone in Abu Zaabal, Al-Khanka, Qalyubia governorate. Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm. To contact us: 01009117968.
We supply castings for the cement, mining and quarries, oil and gas, water stations, heavy equipment, and factories sectors across their various activities.
Yes. Our services include sand casting, pattern making, metal casting, heat treatment, surface treatment, and machining to reach the required final dimensions, in addition to engineering support and drawing review.
The material grades shown on the site’s pages reference international standard specifications (EN and ASTM), final material approval for any delivery is done by a joint technical review, and the actual properties are confirmed by an analysis and test certificate of the heat itself.
Yes. For suppliers there is a separate registration page, “Become a supplier,” whose requests are reviewed by the procurement team, and for jobs there is a “Join our team” page to submit applications with a CV.
